Why are we asking for this information?
The CVV2 value
is a 3-digit number printed at the end of the credit card number on the
signature panel on the back of the credit card. We are required to have
this number to process your payment.

All orders will be
processed when payment has cleared.
Note: If you choose to pay by PayPal: After logged in to PayPal and
directed to complete your transaction, the shipping charge and/or insurance should
be shown as a separate line item, and it
will be included in the total payment.

1) Place your order on our secure server using
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or via Mail using Check or U.S. Postal Money Order. |
2) You will receive a CONFIRMATION e-mail from the order system we received your order.
Your CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE ORDER IS
"READY FOR SHIPPING"
ALLOW MIN. 2 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER. All pins are made to order and not a stock pin which is why we need a min. of two weeks to complete the order.

Credit Cards and PayPal: After
we personally review the details of your order, we authorize/process payment. Once
payment is authorized/processed successfully, your order will be in process. If payment
wasn't successful (incorrect expire date, missing visa numbers, etc. ), we
will send an email every 24 hrs. indicating "Invalid Credit Card" or/and try
to call you via telephone. If we are unable to reach you via telephone or
email within that time, we will cancel the order.
For Money Order: When we receive payment, we
will notify you via email that payment has been received and process your
order. Make Money Order payable to "KL's" We do not accept any checks
due to the processing and clearing time, which is 10 business days, not
including weekends.

4) When
your item has been shipped, we will notify you that your item has been
shipped via email and the method of shipping used. Again, this may vary. A
coffee table will ship different from an Angel Pin. (see below). All
items shipped Priority Mail will receive a confirmation directly from the
United States Postal Service. UPS orders will receive an email
directly from us indicating shipping. |

Currently we are only shipping to the
upper 50 United States and Canada. Canadian and Great Britain shipments must be in US dollars
through PayPal ONLY to a confirmed address.

We are not responsible for duty or customs fees. Once we receive your order,
your credit card will be charged the shopping cart amount. Since we may
not know the total weight before the item is custom made and packed, we will
notify you of the additional charge to your account for remainder of the
shipment cost. Shipments to Canada are shipped Global Priority Mail for angel pins and UPS for watches

We are not responsible for lost International shipments or United States
shipments. We
do not ship to post office boxes. Insurance is
required if indicated next to the item or optional if selected.
All items are handcrafted and made to order. Items are shipped as soon as
they are they are assembled, painted, cured or hand-crafted. Crafting time on
items with vary from item to item. All
orders will be shipped United State Post Office Parcel ( Priority Mail) or UPS (brown).
USPS Priority Mail

Angel Pins ship USPS Priority Mail. The average delivery time is 2-3
days. The postal service does not guarantee a specific shipment time. Priority
Mail is defined as (taken from their website - usps.com) :

When the overnight speed of Express Mail is not
needed but preferential handling is desired, use Priority Mail. The Postal
Service maintains high service reliability standard for Priority Mail and
our usual performance is 2-3 day delivery to major destinations within the
contiguous United States.

However, it is important to check the postal website for average delivery
times from 18644 to the destination zip code. There are cases that may make the
delivery time longer (national bad weather, holidays, etc..). It is always
a good idea to order an item as early as possible to ensure a timely delivery.
Delivery Protocols

Once we deliver the goods to the post office for shipment and receive a
confirmation number, it is their responsibility to deliver the goods in a
timely fashion. If for some reason that does not occur, we will track the
package to determine if it has been delivered. If the package has not been
delivered after seven to ten days, we will file Form 1510, "Mail Loss/ Rifling
Report." Part of this form will go to the postal inspectors, who analyze
inquiries assembled from across the nation to reveal patterns of losses and
delays. We allow up to thirty days to resolve any issues with the Postal
Service and allow them time to investigate before a product replacement or
refund will be issued.

paid by us.
UPS Brown

The Watches are shipped from a fellow artist in Atlanta, Georgia. All watches are shipped UPS
brown. Large painted items are also shipped UPS (zip 18644). A similar protocol
to USPS shipment will occur if the product has not been received. To estimate a

. Shipment for watches is from 30328 zip code with a one pound estimate
for up to three watches.
Shipment To Different
Address

Shipment to a different address (gift recipient) is allowed. You may
leave a message to the recipient in the Message Area in the shopping cart.
Your message will be listed on the packing slip. The packing slip will
contain your name and address. All dollar amounts are removed. The email
invoice sent via email when you initially placed your order will serve as your
receipt for the transaction.
Insurance

Unless indicated, insurance is optional. If you like to have your package
insured, please indicate in the message box and we will contact you with the
amount of the additional charge.
Gift

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping. The angel pins and watches
are gift boxed for your convenience.
Holiday Shipments

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY DECEMBER 15
Depending on the nature and scope of your order, we will notify you via email if any order placed before December 15 can not be fulfilled for December 25 Shipment. After this date, the United States Postal Service does not guarantee Priority Mail delivery service to be 2 or 3 day shipments. In some areas, it has been our experience that Priority Mail delivery can be 5-8 days after that date.

Other Holidays To Consider

In addition to Christmas being the busiest time of the shipping industry,
other holidays are runners up for also being busy. Valentines Day and
Mother's Day are also very large shipping days. Keep these holidays and
others in mind when ordering. Order early or request express that offers a
guarantee delivery date. Delivery = time to complete the product +

Return Policy

All items that are defective may be return for
replacement and/or repair upon prior approval. The watches carry a 1 year
warranty on the inside components and band. The watches are not water proof and
will not be replaced if water damaged. Our custom jewelry can be returned
for repair/replacement for up to 1 year of purchase. Normal wear and tear on an
item is not covered (i.e. scratches etc..) . Our goal is to sell quality hand
crafted products to our customers. Our quality of products and
craftsmanship is the solid base for our business. All sales are final.
